HILLSBORO, NH: Patsy F. (Harris) Crandall, 73, of Hillsboro, NH, gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. A wife, mother and grandma, Patsy slipped quietly into a heavenly sleep into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Thursday January 12, 2023 at Pleasantview Nursing Home in Concord, NH. in the early morning hours.
Patsy was born in Salem. Ohio on November 16, 1949 to the late William R. and Helen F. (Ritchie) Harris.
She graduated from West Branch High School in Salem, Ohio.
After she graduated she exchanged letters with Alan when he was in the Vietnam war and they got married. Being an army wife, she got to do some traveling and then she made her home in New Hampshire.
She worked at AFLAC, Pittsfield Middle High School, and Hillsboro House. She was heavily involved in her church and was an active member at The Renew Church in Hancock, New Hampshire.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Alan J. Crandall of Hillsboro, NH, mother-in-law, Barbara, brother-in-law, David, daughter, Beth and her husband, Luis Colon-Pagan of Pittsfield, NH, son, Randy A. and his wife, Kacee Crandall of Bozeman, Montana, grandchildren, Deena and her husband, Chris Haire, Anna, Daniel, Autumn and great-grandchildren, Violet, Tristan, Emmett, Piper, Lillah, Abigail, and Sage.
God shall wipe all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, January 27, 2023 at 1 pm in the NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
