SUTTON, NH:  Patricia Anne (Jerram) Gagne, 83, of Sutton, NH passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023 ,at home surrounded by her family, following a short but courageous battle with cancer.

She was born July 26, 1940 in Baldwin, NY to the late James and Margaret (Clark) Jerram.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 57 years, Henry, her son, Patrick and his wife, Chris and grandsons, Patrick, Jr. and Daniel Gagne of Henniker, her daughter, Michelle and her husband, Jeff and grandsons, Alex and Brad Morse of Henniker, NH, a brother, James Jerram of Connecticut, and many beloved nieces and nephews, and numerous friends and neighbors she considered family.

She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and generosity that will be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.

Private Graveside Services with family and friends will be held in East Sutton Cemetery, Sutton, NH.
