WASHINGTON, NH:  Nelson Robert Bauer passed on November 10, 2023.  He preferred friends and family to call him Bob.  He is survived by his wife, Josephine, his son, Rob, Rob’s daughters, Lumika, 20 years old, Leika, 13, and Kaisho, 9, his son, Dale, and his daughter, Christine, and his brothers, Mark and Keith.

Bob was born in Williamsport, PA on February 7, 1946.  He moved to New Hampshire in 1987 with his sons, Rob and Dale, to work at Sylvania in Hillsboro, NH.  He met Josephine Kelley in 1989 and they were married in June 1993.  They bought their forever home in Washington, NH in 1996.  They both worked at Sylvania, and both retired after 33 years of employment.

Bob was a quiet man.  He loved to read.  His favorite author was John Grisham.  He was an avid coin collector, and he loved his kitty, Tiger.  He loved to travel. His favorite place was Hawaii, where his son, Rob, once lived with his family. One of his favorite hobbies was going deep sea fishing.

In later years he preferred to be home and spend time with his wife Josephine.  He will be sorely missed.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
