BENNINGTON, NH:  Bertha Mary Diemond Page, 99, passed away on August 18, 2023 in Natick, Massachusetts.

She was born July 8, 1924 in Bennington, NH to the late Arthur Peter and Margaret Rose O’Connell Diemond. 

Bertha graduated from Peterborough High School, and  moved to the Newton, Massachusetts area where she began her 50 years long career with Raytheon Corp.  Most importantly, she met the love of her life, Howard Calvin Page at Raytheon. She and Cal were happily married for 20 years until his death in 1968.  Bert and Cal had no children of their own, but were the most loving, amazing aunt and uncle you could imagine. In addition to her husband, Bert was also preceded in death by her beloved brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe (Pat) Diemond and Art (Ann) Diemond.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her nephews, Joel (Susie) Diemond, John (Jean) Diemond, Bob (Cindy) Diemond, nieces, Margaret (Allen) Reed, Nadine Diemond, Donna (Larry) Garrett, honorary niece Kathy Hare, her very special friends, Darlene “Fluffy’”Champagne and Teresa Lawrence, as well as several great nieces and nephews. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 28 at 11:00 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 38 Church Street, Hillsborough, NH. 

Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Bennington, NH

The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Hillsboro, NH is assisting the family.
