HILLSBORO, NH:  Walter Thomas Hatcher, 76, of Hillsboro, NH died Sunday, August 2, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born on August 13, 1943 to the late Thomas O. and Loretta Ellen (Beaty) Hatcher. 

Walter loved his gardening, reading, working on cars and all sports games. 

He worked for many years at Henry Ice Cream in Milton, MA, and retired from ADT. 

Walter is survived by his son, Frederick C. Hatcher of Hillsboro, NH, a daughter, Melissa A. Hatcher of Ludlow, MA, a sister, Sharon Smith of New York, and grandchildren, Emily Hatcher, Samuel Hatcher, Ayla Ludlow, Nicholas Ludlow, Norah Ludlow and Maddex Ludlow. 

Services and burial will be held at a later date, at the convenience of the family.
