DEERING, NH: Charles S. Kelley, age 77, of Deering, NH, passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2017 after a courageous battle with numerous medical complications.
Charlie was born on July 22nd, 1939 in Derry NH to Delores Anna Kelley and Ernest Levi Kelley. Charlie is survived by the love of his life, Nancy Kelley, his children Charlene Gates, Stephen Kelley and his fiancée Shannon Daly, Jesse Kelley and his wife Bridget Kelley, all of Hillsboro, N.H. and his stepson Bruce Baker of Texas. He also leaves behind seven grandsons, two granddaughters, and two great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind three brothers and five sisters. He is predeceased by three brothers and one sister.
Charlie always enjoyed wheeling and dealing while conducting his business in Town-Line Auto Salvage for over 40 years. If he wasn’t doing his wheeling and dealing for business, you could find him at any one of the many antique car shows he loved attending, at one of the many flea markets he would often attend, or just hanging out with his childhood friends, The Over the Hill Gang.
Charlie loved spending time with his family and friends that he held close to his heart. He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the opportunity and privilege to know him.
Calling hours will be on June 8th, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 32 School St, Hillsboro, NH. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Moose Lodge on School Street. from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
