WARNER, NH: Karen A Morse of Warner passed away at CRVNA Hospice House after a long courageous battle with cancer on September 19th, 2017. She was born in Keene, New Hampshire on May 14, 1966
She loved all kinds of sports and dedicated her life to training young people and playing most sports. She also loved gardening and her animals. Karen grew up in Henniker and went on to attend The Landmark School and Salem State University in Beverley Mass where she earned her Master Degree.
She worked around Boston and Eastern Mass and lived in Beverly, Salem, on Plumb Island Beach in Newbury and Merrimac Mass for over 20 years. She worked in the telecommuting and education professions. She moved to Warner, New Hampshire in 2007 and worked at the Simonds Schools and the Warner youth sport programs. One of her greatest pleasures was working with elementary students and managing their sport training. Karen was a member of the Parks and Recreation Department for several years in Warner, a position she enjoyed very much.
Karen is survived by her parents Wallace and Barbara (Patria) Morse of Warner, a brother Kevin Morse and Susan of Warner, another brother Jeffrey Morse and his wife Michelle of Henniker. She also has two nephews, Alex and Bradley Morse of Henniker and a longtime friend, Ms. Cathy Spaulding of Merrimac Mass.
Her family would like to thank all the people at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital and CRVNA Hospice House in Concord for all her wonderful care.
